Alex Peskin, LMFT

Alex Peskin, LMFT

I chose a career in this field because I was fascinated by how the connections we make with others and the world around us are affected by experiences, big and small, throughout our lives.

I believe we should never be done learning and growing as clinicians. Being a part of the learning experience with new professionals and those who are looking to grow themselves is a great way to always be in the process of becoming a better therapist.

I hope new professionals will be afforded the opportunity to feel comfortable to challenge themselves in their practice of therapy while knowing they are safe to not be perfect and to ask for help.

WORDS I LIVE BY:
“Pick the challenging path. The easy one won’t take you anywhere new.”
