Carole Cullen, LMFT

Carole Cullen, LMFT

I chose a career as a Marriage & Family Therapist because even as a young girl I was fascinated by relationships. I was always observing couples and wanting to learn more about how they made their relationship work.

After graduating as an MFT I began academic counseling for new students in the MFT graduate programs at Hofstra University. I really enjoyed mentoring and supporting new students and therapists. I love their excitement for the field and their passion for working with families.

My hope for new professionals is that they continue to learn and develop in their speciality and make a positive difference in the families they work with. This will then impact others in a positive way and make a bigger difference in our world.

WORDS I LIVE BY:
“It’s ok to be scared. Being scared means you are about to do something really, really BRAVE.”
