Paige Dunlap, Ph.D., LPC, NCC, CRC

I chose this career because I love the intrinsic satisfaction I get from helping clients achieve their maximum potential. My goal involves partnering with clients to enhance their quality of life. Whether they’re dealing with specific concerns or are seeking increased satisfaction and balance in life, I’m here to help.

As a University Counselor Educator, I understand that much of what we do as counselors is due to the supervision received. Being an educator allows me to impact growth and see students develop into clinicians. Supervision is an extension; I assist clinicians in solidifying theoretical orientations and applying skills competently.

My hope for new professionals is that they truly understand their impact, that they strive to enhance skills to help their clients achieve their goals. Hearing and holding someone’s pain can be a difficult yet humbling task. Don’t take this lightly; embrace it. Above all, love what you do!
