Kristina Chomick, LMFT

Kristina Chomick, LMFT

I chose therapy as my career because I find it so fulfilling to help people on their journeys toward creating better lives for themselves and better relationships to share those lives with. I also love that along my path in my career, I continue to learn and grow both professionally and personally.

I decided to become a supervisor because I enjoy being a part of the journey for so many other therapists. Supervision is so important for all therapists, no matter where they are in their careers. By providing supervision, I not only get to share my experience and knowledge, but I get to also learn from those I meet with, which makes it even better.

I hope that new professionals are able to grow in their careers and help to show the world that therapy can be helpful, no matter what you are facing. We are such an important part of erasing the stigma of mental health, and I hope that for generations to come, we as a community can continue to make that happen.
