Lindsay Scarpate, LMFT

Lindsay Scarpate, LMFT

I chose to become an LMFT because I deeply value the connections made between people. I hope that connection can serve as a source of strength and hope for my clients who are working to become the best versions of themselves.

Throughout my career, I have been led by some amazing supervisors, and I have been fortunate to supervise new clinicians. It's incredibly gratifying work, and I hope to form collaborative relationships with those I supervise.

I hope new clinicians use the tools they've been given to create change and improve the lives of the clients they work with.

WORDS I LIVE BY:
"There are no hard distinctions between what is real and what is unreal, nor between what is true and what is false. A thing is not necessarily either true or false; it can be both true and false." - Harold Pinter
