Paul Flack, LMFT

Paul Flack, LMFT

I initially chose a counseling career because it felt like a calling; people opened up to me, and I felt energized rather than burdened. My early career case management work taught me that healthy relationships were essential for our overall health, which led me to Marriage & Family Therapy.

My training was transformative, leading to countless realizations about who I am, how I relate to others, and who I aspire to be. It is a challenging process that has made me a more mindful, maneuverable, and effective therapist. I enjoy helping therapists learn this early on.

My hope is that new professionals let their training and experiences penetrate and enhance their own lives. I am committed to helping my supervisees stay open, self-aware, and curious so that their work is at least as meaningful for themselves as it is for their clients.
